Product information
Our store offers decorative objects and home accents described in individual listings. Review the materials, dimensions, quantity, included components, and care instructions before purchase.
Styled photographs may show accessories not included in the order. Screen and lighting differences may affect color appearance, but goods must remain materially consistent with their description.
Decorative objects are not toys or functional equipment unless expressly stated. Contact us before ordering if an important specification is missing.
Prices and payment
Review the displayed currency, item price, discounts, shipping charges, taxes collected by us, and total before authorizing payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout.
Payment providers may apply their own conversion or transaction fees. Additional import charges, where applicable, are explained in the Shipping Policy.
A later price change does not change the agreed price of an accepted order without your agreement.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected goods at the displayed total. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt. Acceptance occurs when we issue dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.
We may decline an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, failed payment, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing error. We will not impose a material correction or extra charge without your agreement.
If we cannot accept or fulfill a paid order, we refund the affected payment promptly to the original method and within applicable legal deadlines.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched from China under the Shipping Policy. Standard processing is 1–3 business days. Estimated transit is 7–12 business days to the United States and 10–20 business days to other supported destinations, subject to exceptions disclosed before payment.
We remain responsible for our contractual and legal obligations concerning delivery. We provide legally required options if dispatch is delayed.
Changes, cancellations, and returns
Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. We will try to help while the order can still be stopped. Dispatch normally prevents cancellation, subject to mandatory rights.
Eligible voluntary returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. The Return Policy explains condition requirements, the China return warehouse, postage responsibilities, and refunds.
Approved return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receipt of the returned goods, or sooner where required by law. We charge no separate cancellation or restocking fee.
Product problems
If goods arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their description, contact us for an appropriate remedy. Necessary, reasonable return costs caused by our error are our responsibility.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of mainland China, excluding conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory laws applicable to you.
This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence or access to courts and remedies available under mandatory law.
Contact us to seek a resolution. Doing so does not waive another available right.
